This is a text field in a collection. Two collections can be connected using a Dynamic Filter on a Dynamic Page. In this case we are matching the staff name (last, first) and then displaying a corresponding text field containing their bio. So, while the main directory is coming from AdminPlus we can supplement and connect that information with a table containing items we can't place in AdminPlus like a Bio.
